If you've been waiting for the challenge to figure out your workout for today, here it is!
Fast Paced: Do the exercises as many times as you wish. You don't have to stop at 3 just because it says so.
Yoga: Today's challenge is kind of hard. It is a handstand (or headstand if you choose) with one knee tucked. You can do this against the wall as well as you can see I have below.
