Days 6 and 7 of the July Challenges

Saturday was a rest day for the fast-paced challenge. So I hope you all got some rest! We still did the yoga challenge though.

Day 6 Yoga Challenge: Today was a crow pose variation. So I decided to do the regular crow pose, and then a variation on one arm.

For day 7, we go back to the regular challenge!

Day 6 Fast Paced: See the details below. Yes, I know it is July 7th but since July 6th was a rest day, this one is still labelled day 6. We have 14 days to go!

Day 7 Yoga: Today it is a one-legged toe balance. Enjoy.
