Fast Paced: The following were for days 11 and 12 (July 13th and 14th). You can mix them up and do what you can.
Yoga: I couldn't take a picture of day 14 (because of technical issues). But below I have day 13. The pose is an alternate of a backbend. Remember, yoga is every day so it aligns with the dates in the month.
