July 23rd Challenge

Fast Paced: Today, we're focusing on the legs, so here is a great overall workout for your bottom half. Do it as many times as you can.

Yoga: The Yogangsters challenge today is a variation of the downward facing dog. It is not all that difficult, but it requires you to stretch out your back and your hips.
