I apologize for not sharing the July challenge yesterday. I have been having some Internet trouble. So I thought I'd share both today and you can try to do both? Even 1 round of each maybe :)
Day 2 Fast Paced: Here is the list of exercises to do for day 2.
Day 2 Yoga: The exercise is a reverse warrior variation. Try it. If you can't get your opposite arm all the way, don't worry. Try the legs and keep pushing!
Day 3 Fast Paced: Here is the list of exercises for day 3.
Day 3 Yoga: Today is pretty easy as it is what is called a 'cobra'. It gives you that great lower back stretch. As you can see, my long arms will not let me be great. My cobra still requires some work :)
