The Trouble With Getting Out of Shape
Staying in shape can get tedious and difficult, which is why it is very important to keep it constantly changing. Once we start to see all the positive benefits, our brains choose to go one of two ways: Rock even harder to see more results, or Take the changes for granted and start slowing down. Th negatives of slowing down? The body takes about twice as long to get in shape as it does to get out of shape.

Personal Trainer Spotlight: Terroll Lewis
I know folks are pretty skeptical when it comes to social networks, but they have been nothing but kind to me. They let me connect with people across different countries and continents that are as passionate about working out as I am. One of those people is Terroll Lewis, who I found on Instagram.

Personal Trainer Spotlight: Esta Morenikeji
Eights and Weights: Tell us a little about yourself.
Esta: A few short years ago, I weighed in at 92kg (about 203lbs) and could no longer fit into size 18 clothing. I ended up wearing a size 20! However in December 2007, I read a book that changed everything. That was the beginning of a new lifestyle which helped me lose more than 23kg (about 51lbs) in 9 months, and made me passionate about helping others to get the same results I got for myself.
