Progress on El Cerro de Monserrate Climb

If you've read my Monserrate posts, you'd remember that I climbed the 10,000 ft elevation in Bogota, Colombia a couple of times, and I seem to be doing better and better. My time has gone from about 50 minutes to about 48, and now the 3rd time, I'm at about 42 minutes. Yay! I love progress.

This climb is not easy at all, and as I do it more and more, it doesn't seem to get easier. Probably because my body seems to not like the altitude at all, and at most times, I feel like I can't breathe. But hey, hopefully, as my time continues to get better, my body would have no choice but to adapt.

Till the next one!

Cheers Eights & Weights!
