Fast Paced: As you know, there was one rest day on Saturday, so this is day 8. We're going for 20 days.
Yoga: Today's challenge is a deep downward facing dog with a twist. It is not easy so push into the downward facing dog as far as you can before you start to do the twist. The more you do it, the better you get.
Some folks have asked me why we do these challenges since no one is trying to win anything. Well, I'd consider a better body, more strength, and feeling better about yourself a win, no? My aim is to get people knowledgeable about what exercises you can do by yourself each day. And doing it with a community of people also helps push you a little further.
