Yoga: For the yogangsters challenge, today is what is called the 'Lizard pose'. The key to getting your elbows on the floor is keeping your back leg as straight as possible. If you can't get your elbows on the floor, don't worry. Wrap your fingers around the front ankle and stretch the upper body forward to improve the pose. With time, it'll get better.
