You know that saying "Don't take life so seriously, nobody makes it out alive anyway"? I'm all about that today. I know I'm constantly pushing you to be fitter, do challenges, eat right, etc. but I wanted to show a different side today.
Playfulness is very important in not only our mental, but our physical health as well. Whatever you do, remember to not beat yourself up so much. Sometimes, when we let go and just enjoy our bodies and not constantly compete with others and even with ourselves, we can achieve things we never thought we could.
And with the things you have already achieved that you never thought you could, play around with them. Play around with your workout, take more moments to breathe, treat others and yourself better, try new things all the time, dance more, laugh more, hang out with new people, inspire others in the way you live.
Remember, life is temporary and we should enjoy it as much as we possibly can. Have a lovely weekend.
