The October Total Body Challenge is Onnnnnn!

By now, you know that I love our challenges because it gives me the chance to share this journey with people who are just as passionate as me. This month, it is even better because I am partnering up with two amazing ladies (@oluwasparkle and @adura_o) on Instagram to bring you another great challenge! Look at us. Aren't we cute? :)

This month, we are focusing on the whole body, and trying to get comfortable with all the facets of a complete workout program, i.e. cardio, strength training, and stretching. Here is how the program will go.

Every day, there will be either a full workout routine or demonstrations of an exercise you can incorporate into your routine. There are 3 of us, and so we will alternate days. You will expect to see 10 workouts from each person throughout the month.
  1. Day 1 will be cardio day. @oluwasparkle will be providing the cardio routines. Check her out on Instagram today for the first routine!
  2. Day 2 will be strength training day. @adura_o will be providing the strength training routines. Check her page out on Instagram tomorrow!
  3. Day 3 will be stretching day. I (@eightsnweights) will be providing the stretching routines. I want to promote the importance of getting the muscles loose. I will post 4 progressions of a stretch each day (easy to difficult), so you can try to push your body more as you get more flexible. Don't worry; there will be one for all levels. If you are thinking of getting into yoga, this is a great way to learn some stretches and determine what your level is.
