You've heard a lot about yoga. You've seen people do all sorts of poses. You've thought to yourself: How can I get that flexible and that strong? Well, you have the opportunity to learn! In November, I will be hosting a "New to Yoga" series. I know we have challenges each month, but this would be less of a challenge, and more of a teaching series.

One thing I want to stress though is that yoga is about being in the moment, and pushing yourself only to where you are today. It is not about competing with others or overworking yourself. But you have to make sure you progress slowly and do the poses right so you protect your body. Pushing too hard and hurting yourself would completely defeat the purpose.
So join me starting Thursday to understand the premise of yoga, and how to build it into your everyday fitness regimen. It will be fun!
