British Military Fitness Green Workout



You didn't think all you had to do this month was the March Booty Challenge, did you? You still need your cardio, and you still need to work those arms. So here comes the British Military Fitness Green Challenge. You did the Red and the Blue, and now you have the Green.

What does this challenge entail? Well, a lot. So pay attention.
  1. Do 1 set of pushups (as many as you can) until you start to break your form. 
  2. Do 3 sets of 20m sprints and kangaroo jumps (forward moving squat jumps). 
  3. Do 1 set of burpees (as many as you can) until you start to break your form
  4. Do 3 sets of 20m sprints and kangaroo jumps (forward moving squat jumps). 
  5. Do 1 set of squat thrusts (as many as you can) until you start to break your form
  6. 6) Do 3 sets of 20m sprints and kangaroo jumps (forward moving squat jumps). 
You can view the whole challenge, enter your progress, challenge others, and get some motivation at TribeSports. It is not easy and requires a lot of jumps so please be careful with your joints as you land.
