April Booty Challenge Day 14



There are 2 exercises: 
  • Split squat lunge 
  • In and out jump squat 
The first one involves control and balance (upper body straight), and the second involves power. Do 1 minute each leg for #1, and 1 min for #2. Rest and repeat 3 to 4 times.
