Squat Burpees

Work your entire body, especially your quads and hamstrings with this variation of the burpee. Rather than jump up when you come out, go low into a squat. Want to try these? Cardio and strength training in one!

  1. The one problem I've always had with gym workouts is that they're just so BORING. I do yoga and dancing and cycling because there is constant variation, and I can incorporate these workouts into my daily life. But the stuff I do at the gym is so mind-blowingly repetitive and boring that I simply don't go anymore. Headphones doesn't cut it. How do you do it?!
