March Booty Challenge!



Summer is approaching. That's right. If you follow me on Twitter, you know I say that almost every day. With summer comes fewer clothes, and 'poof!' all the junk food we've been eating suddenly starts to show. Well, not if we're prepared. How can we get prepared? Let's start with our booties.

We all want a perfectly shaped butt. And to be honest, the best butt exercise is... (you guessed right) the SQUAT. Now, the difficult part is that we have to consistently make our squats more and more challenging, which usually involves adding more weights, bringing our feet closer together, holding the position for longer, or simply going lower.

We talked about how to do a proper squat a few days ago (Click here), and now it is time to put it into practice. This March, we're challenging ourselves to do weighted squats every single day. But that's not the end of it. Not only are we doing squats every day, we are doing 10 more squats every day than we did the day before. 

This means at the end of the month, you should be doing over 300 squats a day.
