Try this Full Body Workout

Looking for a full body workout to try today? Here is one! You do every single exercise for 50 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds before the next one. After each group, you can rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat the whole routine a second time if you want to get in an hour.
