Do You Really Need to Exercise an Hour a Day?



I found this article that I really wanted to share. Sometimes, we get so caught up in numbers that we go down the path of "quantity" rather than "quality" when it comes to exercise. The article below talks about how we can focus on the quality of our cardio exercises, and a few things we can do to reduce the amount of time we spend working out, but still reap the same benefits.   2. well..i think an hour everyday is good but not compulsory...
    am new to weight loss..so after i lost d excess 10pounds, i try to exercise at least 30 mins every day...with a good diet plan to maintain d weight...

    btw..i like your blog...

  3. Thank you! Yes, some people I know just sit in the gym and because they spend an hour, they think they are getting stuff done. Some people spend half an hour and get even more done.
