A few readers have asked me where they can find gyms close to them. So I thought I could do some research and share what I find. I’m picking out specific places for the people that made this request. If you’d like additional information on gyms in your own area, let me know. But I’ll be focusing on Nigeria since those outside Nigeria have an advantage here. I only picked one in each city because I wanted to highlight what I thought was the best in terms of the equipment I reviewed. It doesn’t mean there aren’t much more in each of the cities listed below.

There's an interesting and new article.
Hey aKINGbayo. I will do some more research and see if I can find something cheaper. However, I do know that there are exercise classes (boxing, karate, etc.) in the Stadium in Surulere for much cheaper. That might be a good option.
ReplyDeleteHaaaa, The stadium dudes are not friendly. Also I think I'm out of their target audience as I always meet a bunch of People who are from the Ibo tribe and out of my age bracket. SOmetimes I feel Stadium is Biafra of old on Weekends.
ReplyDeleteThanks for helping with the research.
